We ship All of Nutrirays Led Grow lights for FREE using UPS. Expedited shipping is available for an extra cost. Contact us before your purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method. After the order is processed, allow 3 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S address.
Free shipping is available in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may warrant additional shipping charges. If ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, an invoice will be sent to you after your order is received to cover the additional charges. Or, if you are from one of these states, you may Contact us for a shipping quote before your purchase.
Nearly all of our brands can be shipped internationally
using FedEx, UPS, USPS or other couriers. Please email us to receive a shipping quote
for lights shipped outside of the U.S.
VAT, duties, and local charges may be due at delivery and are the responsibility of customer.
If you receive a Nutrirays Led grow lights with a mistake in material or workmanship, we want to make it right as quickly as possible. Our Customer Service department is ready to help and work with you until you are completely satisfied.
Nutrirays Led grow lights warrants to the original purchaser only that its manufactured grow lights will be free from defects in material or workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase. Within that 3 year period, Nutrirays will repair or replace any defective light at no cost, excluding shipping. To make a claim for a Warranty defect, please chat, call or email us and we will make arrangements for your defective unit.
This Warranty is void if the grow light exhibits signs of physical abuse or damage. You must provide a copy of your receipt or proof-of-purchase to take advantage of our five-year Warranty.

Items must be returned to us using a shipping service with tracking, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking options.
Note: If you don't use a shipping method with tracking to return an item and we do not receive the product, you may not be covered under this policy, our refund policy or our Warranty.
